Emerson Senior Quality Control Inspector (MRB) in Nilai, Malaysia
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Material Review Board:-
Manage daily MRB activities to ensure company policies and quality requirements are met.
Initiate/join daily MRB meeting.
Dispose physical parts in MRB and update system accordingly.
Perform inspection and any other relevant internal tests/services for parts in MRB.
Co-ordinate activities send out and received rework part and drive forklift if necessary to or from external supplier.
Re-inspect parts after rework and send back to store.
Carry out sorting activities.
Manage MRB inventory.
Maintain/update records related to MRB, including MRB form, prepare findings for PR (supplier quality problem) reported to MRB), MRB monthly report, Sub-con K9 System Entry, Custom Scrap Items Submission, ship-out form, etc.
MRB cases investigation, initiate OPL (One Point lesson) to related areas, initiate improvement / KAIZEN/line audit to reduce internal defects for MRB.
Other duties which may be assigned by the manager from time to time.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum with Certificate in Manufacturing or Quality Management or Engineering or related programmes
Ability to interpret and perform validation of components in accordance with design drawings, technical procedures/standards and instructions.
Knowledge in quality system (ISO9001), and quality control techniques.
Minimum 3 year working experience in manufacturing operations.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Mastery of verification / validation of measurement data, visual condition and test results using available equipment and documentation.
Ability to interpret and perform inspection in accordance with design drawings, technical procedures/standards and instructions.
Good knowledge of ASME, ASTM, ANSI, NACE and ISO code and standards
Oracle system, OASIS, QA Web Application, Approved Supplier List
Knowledge of systematic, effective filling and tech savvy (Microsoft Office, 365, Teams)
