We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our facility. This role is responsible for general janitorial duties, waste removal, and maintaining both interior and exterior areas of the property.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the interior of the facility using floor scrubbers, mops, vacuums, and dusting equipment
Ensure building accessibility and cleanliness by picking up debris and trash throughout the property
Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking areas as needed
Empty trash containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas
Separate and transport recyclable materials appropriately
Clean and maintain restrooms and office areas on a daily basis
Follow all company procedures and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Perform other general cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
25 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including in cold weather conditions
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, dependable, and trustworthy
