What you'll do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -
Provide daily personal care, including hygiene, mobility assistance, and use of adaptive equipment
Monitor residents' condition, complete skin checks, and promptly report any changes to nursing staff
Support dining services by assisting with meals while encouraging resident independence
Accurately document care and communicate resident needs and preferences with the care team
Take vital signs, record weights, and perform assigned treatments under supervision
Participate in care planning, team meetings, and ongoing training to support quality care
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements -
High School Diploma or GED
Current, valid CNA certification in New Jersey
Minimum of 6 months of long-term care experience preferred
