About the Role
The Admin Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities across the business. This is a growth‑focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and supporting teams in a fast‑moving, global environment.
You will support core administrative and operational activities while progressively taking greater ownership of processes, coordination, reporting, and cross‑functional initiatives as the role evolves. The role requires adaptability and a proactive mindset to respond to the changing needs of the organisation.
Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support business efficientcy
Manage documentation, trackers, and internal processes
Support logistics such as procurement coordination, inventory tracking bookings for courses, conferences, and events.
Oversee and improve operational workflows, including mapping and documenting standard operation procedures
Collect, analyse, and report on operational data and KPIs to support decision-making
Assist with project planning and coordination, ensuring milestones are met and documentation is maintained
Act as key point of contract support communication and collaboration across departments
Proactively identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
Undertake personal assistant duties including running errands from time to time
About You
Strong attention to detail when working with documents, data, and schedules
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Ability and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams
Strong proficiency in Excel and general office productivity tools
