Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Support specialist to support full-time on-site at NUWCDIVNPT in Newport, RI.
Position Responsibilities:
As
a
Ohio Class Program Support
Specialist, you will c
reate
and update
various monthly schedules
and
working documents for the Ohio Class (Using SIPR and NIPR accounts)
.
- Supported various technical procedures in the lab including:
- Help assemble and label various pieces of equipment for each arriving ship set
- T a k e inventory of equipment (part and serial numbers) for documentation
- Participated in Health Checks for the subsystem known as AIS
- De-classified equipment management
- Responsible for shipping out both classified and unclassified items
- Complet e and maintain multiple discrepancy sheets for ship set equipment
- Create the master worksheet of work requests - containing responsibility and status to fill discrepancy worksheets
- Track and o rganize Government Furnished Information (GFI)
- Assist in creating numerous procedures for engineering purposes using SIPR
- Scheduled multiple meetings on a daily basis , along with booking telcon lines and conference rooms
- Create procedural shipping documents on classified and unclassified items
Position Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to load/carry minimum 30 pounds
