Provides management direction and coordinates asset management for NNRHA housing communities. Acts to assure staff compliance with asset management policies. Manages the formulation and implementation of operational objectives and strategies. Administers programs to assure proper management and security of the properties. Supervises Property Management staff. Work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Housing.
