Job Description

A fast-moving technology organization is seeking a Software Technical Lead. This opportunity is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning complex systems end-to-end and shaping the technical direction of a high-impact product.

This position offers the chance to serve as a true player–coach: part hands-on engineer, part architectural decision?maker, part delivery leader. You will guide the design of scalable systems, unblock engineers, and directly influence execution across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate loves being hands-on, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants the autonomy to build, lead, and deliver.

Required Skills & Experience

· Proven experience delivering complex cloud-native software in fast-paced environments

· Strong proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and serverless architectures

· Experience across backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure

· Strong architectural decision-making ability

· Excellent communication around status, risks, and technical direction

· Hands-on experience leading teams within Agile environments

· Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows

Desired Skills & Experience

· Experience with React, Next.js, and React Native

· Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or OpenSearch

· Background working with CI/CD, DevOps, or observability tools (e.g., Datadog)

· Comfort balancing speed with scalability and maintainability

· 60% Hands On Engineering & Code Contribution

· 20% Technical Leadership & Architecture

· 20% Collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering Teams
