Description We are looking for a skilled and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Newport Beach, California. This role is centered on delivering exceptional client experiences, fostering relationships, and ensuring smooth store operations. Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized and memorable customer service experiences by guiding clients through the custom scent creation process.
• Build strong client relationships to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Maintain a detailed client book and engage in consistent communication to nurture long-term connections.
• Ensure the store environment meets high brand standards, including cleanliness, music, and overall ambiance.
• Oversee daily operations such as opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth functionality.
• Manage inventory levels by tracking stock, replenishing items, and presenting products attractively.
• Coordinate with leadership on product needs, store events, and overall performance metrics.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store events, private gatherings, and workshops to elevate the customer experience. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a call center or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer inquiries.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage inventory and store operations.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
