Job Description
Join our team as a General Laborer and work in modern production spaces equipped with cutting-edge amenities. You will be responsible for setting up molds, assembling rebar cages, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining a safe environment. Additionally, you will operate a range of hand and power tools, measuring devices, mobile equipment, and cranes. You will also work around suspended loads and high-tension strands, accessing scaffolds and other elevated work platforms, while taking on general laborer duties and special projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set up molds and assemble rebar cages.
- Pour and finish concrete while maintaining a safe environment.
- Operate hand and power tools, measuring devices, mobile equipment, and cranes.
- Work around suspended loads and high-tension strands.
- Access scaffold and elevated work platforms.
- Perform general laborer duties and special projects as needed.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of general labor or construction experience.
- Familiarity with construction, hand tools, concrete, general labor, and carpentry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Concrete experience is a plus.

Work Environment
Work indoors in a production environment, assisting with shoveling concrete. No certifications are required, but steel-toed boots are a must. The role operates on a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 4am to 2:30pm. Start and end times could vary.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.00/hr.
