Immediate Hiring – Concrete Laborers
Pay: $23–$24/hour

Aerotek is actively seeking motivated Concrete Laborers / Precast Concrete Laborers to support all phases of precast concrete production . This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent overtime, and clear opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities
Assist with all phases of precast concrete production
Build, set, and strip concrete forms
Tie rebar and position embedded materials
Move materials and products throughout the facility
Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
Follow safety guidelines and production schedules
Receive on-the-job training (available for candidates with limited experience)
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of labor or concrete experience required
Precast or construction experience preferred
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Candidates with other outdoor or physical labor experience are encouraged to apply

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.00/hr.
