Small Rural Nursing Home in Newman Grove, NE. Average Census of 35 Residents and low Resident to Staff Ratios (6 residents to staff on average) . Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required. Days and Hours to be discussed upon Interview. Currently looking for daytime RN for 8-12 hr shifts. LPNs, CNA's and Medication aides will work under your leadership during your shift.
