Position: Equipment Operator
Requirements: Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. The employer may request additional work hours based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.
Job Description: Workers will support all phases of planting and harvesting alfalfa, milo, hay, oats, soybeans, and corn. They will operate agricultural machinery including tractors, combines, sprayers, and feed trucks, and perform daily maintenance of equipment. Additionally, they will help in relocating cattle between fields and occasionally assist with their feeding.
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 50hrs per week.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9hrs Saturday 5hrs 7:00am-4:00pm
Anticipated Period of Employment: 03/01/2026 to 11/30/2026
