Job Description: Will collect and assess information for the health and well-being of our residents in our Medicare/Medicaid-certified nursing home. Will monitor residents' health and well-being from the time of admission through the end of their stay. Will utilize creative problem solving and attentive communication skills with staff, residents, and families to ensure that personal, health and administrative concerns are addressed.
Details: This position can be full-time or part-time (from 29 hours to 36 hours). This is a 1st shift position; 7am to 7pm, Workdays can be any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Starting wage is $35.00 per hour.
Qualifications: Must possess a valid State of Ohio Registered Nurse licensure. Experience in geriatric care would be a plus. Must be able to do medium lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to do proficient planning, documentation, and submission of the compiled information.
