Weekley Electric, LLC is hiring safety and quality minded Generator Install Technician (Lead/Lead In Training) for work in the Central Ohio area. We are in Newark, Ohio, and have been in business for over 30 years.
Summary
- Work as part of a team under the leadership of a Lead Install Technician
- Possess minimum of 1-3 years of Electrical experience/knowledge
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Order and manage materials
- Wiring of the Generator to the Customer's Electrical System
- Understand basic skills to install complete home backup generator systems
- Proficient at installation of complete home/business backup generator systems
- Perform basic and/or intermediate installation of gas lines to generators
- Perform Routine Preventative Maintenance on Generators
- Troubleshoot, Problem-Solve and Repair Various Generator Issues
- Ability to obtain necessary Certifications
- Monday through Friday, Overtime possible
Requirements
- Previous Electrical and/or Engine Maintenance Experience
- Willingness to Learn New Skills
- Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test
- Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
- Small Engine & Power Equipment Mechanics
