Digital Program Lead Location(s): Granville, OH, US, 43023-1200 Function: Manufacturing Audience: Experienced Professional Work Arrangement: Hybrid Requisition ID: 67793 PURPOSE OF JOB We are seeking forward-thinking Digital Program Leads to execute the drive digital transformation strategy across our manufacturing operations across three key pillars, Workforce Enablement, Process Health & Asset Performance Health. These roles are designed to drive digital enablement solutions that close performance gaps, create business value, and support scalable, data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, a strong technical foundation, and a passion for solutions that provide value to our frontline teams. Scope extends beyond a single plant: convert pilots into enterprise-ready standards and templates Partner with regional/divisional experts and site champions to deploy solutions consistently Ensure knowledge capture and reuse (OPLs, SOPs, playbooks, videos) to reduce variability across plants Each lead will be accountable to drive a pillar of the digital portfolio


Reports To: Leader, Digital Portfolio Program Leader Location: Within 50 miles of one of the following MNF or Office Locations (Waxahachie, TX, Newark, OH, Kansas City KS, Toledo, OH, Granville, OH, Delmar, NY, Fairburn, GA, Rockford, IL, Tallmadge, OH) Travel: 20 - 40% for pre-planned activities such as site support, to support pilots, project/technology roll out, site assessments & network standardization activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Experience Ability to simplify complex technical concepts, design engaging learning experiences, and coach frontline teams to accelerate adoption of digital solutions. Solution Design & Standardization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert plant-level successes into scalable standards for processes, people, data, and tools. Portfolio Management and Execution Plan and execute network rollouts from pilot to scale, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and driving consistent adoption Change Leadership Lead change management initiatives, including strategies, communication plans, and campaigns to support technology and process adoption. Define and promote best practices for implementing digital transformation technologies across the business. Knowledge Management & Learning at Scale Capture and document lessons learned; publish to a central knowledge hub for reuse across plants and shifts. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts, design engaging learning experiences, and coach frontline teams to accelerate adoption of digital solutions. Capital Delivery Budget Management Execute the annual project portfolio aligned with Insulation's Digital Manufacturing transformation roadmap Translate technical development programs into actionable plans for capital delivery teams Manage project budgets to ensure compliance with approved limits; track financial performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Performance Monitoring & Benchmarking Track adoption of standards across plants, replication speed, and TPM digital maturity. Deploy targeted support and resources to sites with low adoption or performance gaps. Monitor project progress using scorecards aligned to key metrics; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
