Job Title: Travel RN House Supervisor Location: Newark, NY Facility: Rochester Regional Health System Pay Rate: $75-80 per hour Contract: 13 Weeks Shift: Night shifts (mix of 8hr & 12hr, 36 hrs/week), Every Other Weekend Job Summary: Rochester Regional Health System is seeking an experienced Travel RN House Supervisor for a 13-week assignment. The RN will provide clinical oversight, staff supervision, and patient flow management across a 180-bed long-term care facility during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements: Active New York RN license required at submission Minimum 2 years charge nurse/leadership experience Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehab, or Long-Term Care preferred EPIC electronic medical records experience required BLS certification required Experience with dementia, geriatrics, and large patient ratios preferred Must be comfortable supervising a 180-bed, 5-unit facility Responsibilities: Supervise nursing care delivered across all units Provide clinical guidance, mentoring, and escalation support for staff Manage admissions, transfers, patient flow, and staffing escalations Respond to emergencies including code management and de-escalation Oversee infection control, HIPAA compliance, and workplace safety Support staffing, scheduling, and productivity standards Participate in risk management, incident reporting, and root cause analysis Ensure compliance with DPH, TJC, OSHA, and facility regulations Facility Details: 180-bed long-term care facility 5 units including neurobehavioral, rehab, secure dementia, and long-term care Patient population includes geriatrics, dementia, Alzheimers, cardiac, orthopedic, and post-surgical rehab Must support all units during off shifts and weekends
