Work Schedule:
Part time, up to 25 hours per week. Schedule varies
Ice Cream Shop is open Monday through Sunday
A Day in the Life of an Ice Cream Shop Shift Leader:
Provides direct monitoring of the shift flow.
Helps carry out all customer service policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Immediately addresses all customer concerns in the absence of the manager.
Monitor and communicates any concerns to Café Manager.
Learns all menu items
Practices food safety according to Agency and Health Department regulations.
Keeps current and follows all local, state and federal guidelines and laws, and ensures a safe, clean worksite that meets all regulations.
Assists manager in reviewing menus, ordering, and overseeing inventory control.
Reviews the development of plans for production costs and waste reduction.
Assists manager in the development of appealing displays.
Completes other duties as assigned.
