PulsePoint, Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager in Newark, NJ to collect, categorize, and analyze data based on user feedback and by working with Account Management (AM), Product Support Management (PSM), and Customer Management (CM) teams; Determine which data are available and useful for various projects; Use data visualization software to present findings; Partner with the UX team to design new features and updates; Write and manage user stories for engineers to implement enhancements and make other recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis; Train operations teams on new features and track adoption through product usage tools; Address the top 3 usability concerns each quarter and reduce the time from concept design to production launch; Provide strategic direction for product initiatives and roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives and collaborating with engineering, UX, and other stakeholders to prioritize features; Mentor junior product managers and cross-functional team members in product management best practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
