Broadridge Securities Processing Solutions Senior Client Support Analyst in Newark, New Jersey

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. seeks Senior Client Support Analyst for Newark, NJ Provide technical and application support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving issues, and performing maintenance. Responds to questions about product operation and malfunctions and offers guidance on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to enhance product performance andcustomer satisfaction.•Lead the Client Assessment Service process, managing requirements and providing tailored solutions.•Identify, assess, and manage risks and track key success criteria for team projects.•Oversee and validate real-time data transmission between GSCC and related systems.•Prepare clear and concise executive summary reports and dashboards for senior management.•Participate in regular client calls to review progress, issues, and customer satisfaction.•Manage and resolve intraday production issues related to securities, prices, factors, and rates uploads, ensuring data integrity and timely resolution. REQS.: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related field plus a minimum of 3 years of Help Desk experience. Previous experience to include: MQ Series, SQL, PL/SQL, ILERPG, CL, and DB2/400. Understanding of fixed income markets and related operational processes. **Position is based in Newark, NJ. Role holder is eligible to work remotely on a hybrid basis with manager and HR approval. Salary Range: $150,550.00 - $151,000.00 per year.
