Senior Actuarial Associate (The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, NJ): Develop and test actuarial models in PolySystems for Individual Life, Long Term Care, Institutional Retirement and International products. Develop and test models to meet regulatory requirements (e.g. Targeted Improvements, PBR, Bermuda EBS/SFS) under multiple use cases (e.g. valuation, projection, forecast, and stress testing). Utilize Python to enhance the end-to-end automation of actuarial valuation models and develop efficient testing tools. Perform financial analysis of Stat and GAAP reserve impacts from structural model changes driven by regulatory or business needs. Perform regression tests, document valuation system changes, perform SOX controls. Lean into agile best practices to drive culture of technical excellence, focus on value, and prioritization. Identify and champion process improvements to drive material operational efficiency via automation and build foundation capabilities for scale.Telecommuting permitted up to 100%. Candidate may reside and work from anywhere in the U.S.Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. $158,205.00 per year. Benefits incl. medical, dental, PTO & more.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:•Working with Life, Annuity, or Retirement products in an actuarial discipline (including valuation and pricing); and•Model development experience in actuarial vendor software: PolySystems, GGY AXIS, or MG-ALFA.5+ Society of Actuaries (SOA) actuarial exams toward Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.To Apply: Apply online at "https://bit.ly/48g5eAC".
