Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. seeks:TITLE: Manager Enterprise Financial Systems DUTIES: •As an individual contributor, manage and coordinate the reporting stream from requirements gathering through delivery, testing, deployment, and hypercare.•Work with a distributed team of 5-6 professionals in the design, configuration, and delivery of reporting and financial system solutions.•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Technology, and Operations to define and prioritize business reporting requirements.•Partner with international teams to align enterprise reporting processes and ensure global consistency across financial systems.•Oversee issue resolution, change requests, and enhancement cycles to maintain system stability and support business operations.•Ensure all deliverables comply with corporate data governance and security standards.•Prepare functional documentation, conduct system validation, and coordinate user acceptance testing.•Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation leveraging Oracle Fusion and AI-based analytics tools.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science or related field plus 3 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience to include:•Hands-on work with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or equivalent ERP systems along with integration with data platforms.•Enterprise reporting tools, data platforms, and financial applications such as power, Snow Flakes, and Oracle Fusion.•Managing cross-functional or cross-geographical teams in the delivery of financial systems or reporting projects.•Coordinating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.LOCATION: Newark, NJ. Position is based out of our Newark, NJ location and role holder is eligible to work remotely from within the U.S., with manager and HR approval.SALARY: Salary Range: $155,000.00 - $165,000.00 USD annual.
