Lead Platform Engineer (The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, NJ): Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to understand new requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Design and code high-quality solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. Ensure the Salesforce system operates smoothly and efficiently by monitoring system health and proactively addressing any issues. Troubleshoot and resolve user-related issues to maintain a seamless user experience. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Work closely with team members both in Newark and around the globe to ensure cohesive project delivery and knowledge sharing.Telecommuting permitted up to 60% per week. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, $189,592.00 per year. Benefits incl. medical, dental, PTO & more.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and 6 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the IT industry. Must have 6 years of experience in:•Salesforce Sales Cloud;•Apex Class and Triggers;•Aura Components;•LWC;•Visual Force;•Integrations / REST API; and,•Salesforce Admin.Must have 2 years of experience in:•Flows; and,•Financial Industry.Telecommuting permitted up to 60% per week.Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer 1To Apply: Apply online at "https://bit.ly/4ss1mnF".
