Reporting directly to the Dean, this position provides confidential executive assistance for the Dean's Office. The incumbent is the primary representative of the Dean supporting the cohesive team of students, faculty and staff serving the educational and research mission of the school. This position is responsible for the following and not limited to: - Oversees and manages the daily operations of the Office of the Dean;- Serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external constituencies;- Maintains and updates the school's website and oversees coordination of all marketing publication materials;- Acts a liaison to committees and research teams and supports special projects under the guidance of the Dean;- Provides administrative support to all functions of the office including assistance to fundraising processes and alumni activities;- Acts as main contact for all room scheduling;- Works with creativity, driven and community oriented;- Manages multiple tasks with completing deadlines;- Provides administrative and technical assistance on a wide range of special projects as assigned by the Dean.
