Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
Monitor food inventory and replenish items as needed
Assist guests with any questions or special requests regarding the breakfast offerings
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
Collaborate with the banquet and catering teams for special events
Follow food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and preparation
Assist the cook with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or preparing salads
Skills:
Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Strong attention to detail to ensure food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards are met
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Basic knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
