ManpowerGroup Remote Support Engineer in Newark, Delaware

Our client, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join their team. As a Remote Support Engineer, you will be part of the Remote Services Center supporting internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a positive, proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Remote Support Engineer (1-year contract)

Location: Glasgow, DE (3 weeks of full-time on-site training, followed by 100% remote part-time hours).

Pay Range: $35/hour

Work schedule: Sun/Mon/Tue, 3pm –11:30pm

What’s the Job?

  • Provide phone and email support for internal and external customers, documenting accurately in Customer Relations Software.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with Dimension Systems and clinical laboratory instruments.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through technical expertise and exceptional service.

  • Take ownership of open tickets, escalate when necessary, and meet service level agreements.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to implement action plans and resolve customer issues.

What’s Needed?

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field (Med-Tech or Biomedical Engineering preferred).

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, lab technology, or technical support roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced technical troubleshooting abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and written documentation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and willingness to travel up to 20%.
