ManpowerGroup Remote Support Engineer in Newark, Delaware
Our client, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join their team. As a Remote Support Engineer, you will be part of the Remote Services Center supporting internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a positive, proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Remote Support Engineer (1-year contract)
Location: Glasgow, DE (3 weeks of full-time on-site training, followed by 100% remote part-time hours).
Pay Range: $35/hour
Work schedule: Sun/Mon/Tue, 3pm –11:30pm
What’s the Job?
Provide phone and email support for internal and external customers, documenting accurately in Customer Relations Software.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with Dimension Systems and clinical laboratory instruments.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through technical expertise and exceptional service.
Take ownership of open tickets, escalate when necessary, and meet service level agreements.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to implement action plans and resolve customer issues.
What’s Needed?
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field (Med-Tech or Biomedical Engineering preferred).
3–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, lab technology, or technical support roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced technical troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and written documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and willingness to travel up to 20%.
