ManpowerGroup Quality Engineer II – 2nd Shift in Newark, Delaware

Our client, a leading Medical Device Manufacturing organization , is seeking a Quality Engineer II (2nd Shift) to join their team. As a Quality Engineer II , you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting Operations, Engineering and R&D teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , excellent technical writing abilities , and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally , which will align successfully within the organization.

Quality Engineer II – 2nd Shift

Location:

100% Onsite (2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Pay Range:

Up to $55.00/hour

What’s the Job?

(Max 5)

  • Design, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485 and internal quality standards.

  • Write and execute TMVs, PQs, CAPAs, and support simple to complex change orders including validations and risk assessments.

  • Provide quality engineering support to Operations, Engineering and R&D to ensure robust manufacturing processes and high‑quality medical devices.

  • Lead investigations related to non‑conforming events, customer complaints, root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Participate in audits, MRB, CAPA, NCE processes, and support FDA and Notified Body inspections.

What’s Needed?

(Max 5)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline (Master’s degree a plus).

  • 1–2 years of experience in a regulated industry; FDA/medical device experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485 and medical device quality systems.

  • Strong technical writing, documentation and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work onsite, second shift, and one Saturday per month (OT expected).
