We’re seeking a dynamic Process Engineer for the Snow White area to drive process stability, capability, and continuous improvement. This role blends hands-on leadership with deep technical ownership, ensuring safe, efficient, and world‑class manufacturing performance. This is an 8 hour, Monday-Friday role supporting a 24/7 operation.
What You’ll Do
Process Engineering & Technical Ownership
Own process health for assigned equipment and production modules using Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, and root‑cause analysis.
Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and restore process stability to meet customer expectations.
Identify abnormal conditions, out‑of‑control points, and implement corrective actions.
Support quality investigations, customer complaint resolution, and long‑term corrective action development.
Partner with technology teams to scale up new products and optimize equipment performance.
Continuous Improvement & Lean Execution
Lead variation‑reduction, yield‑improvement, and waste‑elimination initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
Collect and analyze data for communications boards. Be prepared and able to speak through previous day performance
Work with Operator and technical teams to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation.
Execute on control plans to ensure solutions are sustained
Drive competitiveness through structured problem‑solving and process optimization.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Maintain capacity models and update with current cycle times and process improvements
Present out KPIs, capacity, and status of area as needed, sometimes to high-level leadership
Coordinate production schedules with Asset Schedulers and ensure execution by shift teams.
Work with Asset Coordinators/Gatekeepers and maintenance teams to plan and execute maintenance activities.
Collaborate globally with partner sites (e.g., Taiwan, Korea) on best practices and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate locally with internal customers to improve processes and KPIVs
Coach operators and technically staff on process capability, equipment care, and standard work.
Serve as mentor for early career Engineers and technical staff
What You Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years experience in manufacturing environment as direct process support.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, coach, and develop others.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with industrial mechanical equipment and hands‑on troubleshooting.
Ability to set meaningful metrics, drive accountability, and improve team performance.
Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making.
Experience with statistical analysis tools (JMP, Minitab).
Preferred
7+ years experience in manufacturing environment
SAP or similar system knowledge.
Experience with capacity modeling and cycle time analysis.
Familiarity with CMP technologies and/or semiconductor manufacturing.
