Key Responsibilities
Develop basic data packages and technical justification for capital improvement projects in collaboration with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
Identify, evaluate, and implement best‑in‑class processes and technologies through collaboration with technical experts.
Lead process improvements to enhance yield, quality, uptime, capacity, and safety.
Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex manufacturing and equipment issues.
Develop and execute plans for commissioning, decommissioning, start‑up, and shutdown activities.
Lead qualification efforts for new and upgraded equipment.
Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and assets.
Provide technical support to operations as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
BS or MS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex, time‑sensitive projects.
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing plant environment.
Strong technical problem‑solving skills with demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving equipment and process issues.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others in a team‑based environment.
Demonstrated success influencing outcomes through collaboration, negotiation, and team leadership.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective in both self‑directed and team environments.
Six Sigma certification(s) preferred.
