Responsibilities for a General Labor role include but are not limited to:
• Operate insertion and printing equipment at a basic proficiency level while meeting production and quality standards
• Perform machine setup, inspect parts for accuracy, and execute routine quality checks using precision and attention to detail
• Stand for long periods and push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. while maintaining high safety and compliance standards
• Complete documentation, follow policies and procedures, and adhere to 5S & Lean Manufacturing principles
• Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and vendor representatives in a fast‑paced team environment
• Cross‑train on multiple pieces of high‑speed and low‑speed equipment and support reconcilement functions
Candidates for General Labor must meet the following requirements:
• Ability to operate insertion and printing equipment at a basic competency level, including high‑speed printers and rendering equipment
• Experience working in a production environment with strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment with strong work ethic, punctuality, and scheduling flexibility
• Ability to complete basic data forms, follow English verbal/written instructions, and use basic PC and numeric keyboard skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, solve problems, interpret data, and apply continuous improvement mindset
Desired Qualifications:
• 1+ year of production‑related experience
• Previous experience operating insertion and/or print equipment
• Strong skills in attention to detail, collaboration, active listening, adaptability, decision making, and problem solving
What’s in this General Labor position for you?
• Pay: $17.27/hr
• Shift: Friday, Saturday, Monday; 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Must work a minimum of 24 hours/week, up to 40 depending on production needs

Pay Details: $17.27 per hour
