This is not a traditional corporate communications role; it is a dedicated "voice" position. You will act as a primary ghostwriter for the CEO, responsible for distilling complex business strategies and personal philosophies into a singular, authentic tone. The ideal candidate possesses the intellectual curiosity and writing chops of a journalist. You must have the presence to sit in the room with the CEO, the intuition to capture their unique cadence, and the discretion to handle the company's most sensitive information and written communications. You Will: * Briefing & Synthesis: Distill complex data and business objectives into clear, conversational briefing materials to prepare the CEO for all internal and external engagements. * Internal Connection: Draft high-frequency employee updates, "wins" announcements, and monthly internal newsletters that humanize the CEO and align the workforce with our North Star. * Executive Writing: Script high-stakes speeches, keynotes, panel remarks and talking points that resonate with both elite industry audiences and our global employee base. * Voice Mastery: Serve as the "keeper of the voice," ensuring every piece of content-from a quick internal note to a LinkedIn post to conference remarks-is indistinguishable from the CEO's own words. * Ghostwriting: Author opinion and thought leadership pieces, and "Letters from the CEO" that position our leadership at the forefront of the media and business landscape. * Digital Presence: Working closely with the social media experts within the communications team, manage the CEO's professional social persona (e.g., LinkedIn), crafting posts that feel spontaneous, insightful, and authentic to their personal brand. * Proactive Social Content Creation: In partnership with the communications team, drive the end-to-end digital roadmap for the CEO, planning content creation before, during and
