Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Data Conversion, you will lead and manage the entire data conversion process for clients, ensuring the successful conversion of data into their Workday environment. You will utilize your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday packaged solution expertise to drive business results through efficient and effective data conversion. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Data Conversion Process: Plan, analyze, scope, design, and implement data conversion projects, including EIB, to meet client expectations and achieve business results. • Conduct Design Sessions: Collaborate with clients to understand their data conversion requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. • Ensure Data Quality: Develop strategies to progressively enhance data quality throughout the conversion process, ensuring accurate and reliable data in the client's Workday environment. • Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to clients after data conversion, addressing any issues and ensuring smooth operation of their Workday environment. • Manage Rollout: Oversee the rollout of data conversion projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Integrations, you will implement and support the integration of Workday with other software systems, requiring a strong understanding of both the Workday platform and external systems being integrated. You will lead the planning, design, and implementation of the integration, ensuring it meets the client's business requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Integration Planning: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Workday integrations with other software systems, ensuring alignment with client business requirements. • Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement integration solutions that meet client needs, which may involve coding, unit testing, and rollout. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration process. • Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to ensure the integration continues to meet client needs. • Ensure Business Requirements: Ensure the integration meets the client's business requirements through thorough analysis and testing.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Expertise in Data Conversion: Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale data conversion projects, including EIB, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations. • Workday Packaged Solution Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday packaged solutions, including data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience in designing and implementing data conversion solutions that meet client needs. • Business Acumen: Experience in understanding business requirements and developing strategies to drive business results through efficient and effective data conversion, with a focus on achieving client-expected outcomes. • Data Quality Management: Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to progressively enhance data quality throughout the conversion process, ensuring accurate and reliable data in the client's Workday environment. • Consulting Skills: Experience in utilizing consulting skills to collaborate with clients, understand their data conversion requirements, and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Deep Expertise in Workday Platform: Proven experience with the Workday platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices for integration with external systems. • Experience with External System Integration: Experience integrating Workday with various external software systems, including understanding their APIs, data formats, and communication protocols. • Strong Coding and Testing Skills: Proficiency in coding languages and unit testing methodologies relevant to Workday integrations, with the ability to design and implement robust integration solutions. • Business Requirements Analysis: Experience analyzing and interpreting client business requirements to inform integration design and implementation decisions. • Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical projects, including planning, design, and implementation of complex integrations, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Advanced Data Conversion Methodologies: Experience with data conversion methodologies, including EIB, and knowledge of industry best practices for data conversion and data quality management. • Workday Solution Enhancements: Familiarity with Workday packaged solution enhancements and updates, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve data conversion solutions and drive business results. • Business Outcome Improvement: Experience in developing strategies to drive business outcomes through data conversion, with a focus on achieving client-expected results and improving overall business performance.
