Position SummaryFWS is highly regulated. To ensure continued compliance, this VHO will allow for knowledge transfer and continuity of compliant operations relating to timekeeping and payroll of FWS workers.Responsibilities * Outline current processes. * Assist in knowledge transfer to ensure continuity of FWS operations and title IV compliance. * Support staff responsible for reconciliation to ensure correct postings of Institutional and Federal shares of the expenses through review of reconciliations. * Develop communication plan to ensure thorough transfer of knowledge. * Train on technology.Minimum Qualifications * Bachelors degree and 5-7 years' related experience requiredPreferred Qualifications * Prior experience leading CU's FWS office * Prior experience leading CU's FWS office Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / VeteranColumbia University is committed to the hiring of qualified local residents.
