Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in New York, New York. This position involves managing high-volume recruitment efforts for building staff roles within the Real Estate and Property sector. As a Long-term Contract position, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts for contract and permanent building staff roles, including resident managers, porters, and entry staff.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments for vacation relief positions and hourly staff.

• Utilize Microsoft Teams to facilitate virtual interviews and verify employment documentation.

• Manage the onboarding process through recruitment management software.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate and prioritize multiple hiring activities to meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Ensure a detail-oriented and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.

• Proven abilities in high-volume sourcing and screening.

• Proficiency in recruitment management software and Microsoft Teams.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Positive and detail-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
