Our Programs This role will support the college's NYC-based programs, including the MS in Business Analytics and the MPS in Real Estate. The Master of Science in Business Analytics is a 10-month full-time program that provides students the opportunity to pursue an Ivy League graduate degree by undertaking a rigorous course of study and build a career in business analytics with the skills employers desire most: a comprehensive understanding of the language and concepts of business, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to apply the tools of data science to real problems and real data through program concentrations. The program starts in August. The Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate (MPS-RE)-also known as the Baker Program- is an industry-focused graduate degree that provides an in-depth business education in all aspects of commercial real estate and related fields. Beginning with the fall 2026, Baker Program students will have the option to spend their second year in the program based in New York City, providing them with valuable hands-on learning opportunities and perspectives gleaned directly from industry professionals. A core feature will be for-credit experiential learning outside of the classroom. Teams of students will work with local companies and/or government offices on real-world projects.The Student Servies & Program Support Assistant- MSBA & Baker NYC Programs Position: The Student Services & Program Support Assistant plays a critical role in delivering a highimpact student experience for learners enrolled across the SC Johnson College of Business programs. Serving as the onsite goto resource for students, this position supports the twocollege partnership between the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning (AAP) and the SC Johnson College of Business, which jointly oversee the Rubacha Department of Real Estate and the Baker MPS program. Reporting jointly to the Director, Online Master's & MSBA Programs and the Department Manager for the Paul Rubacha Department of Real Estate, this role provides equally shared support to both the MSBA and Baker Program teams. The assistant leads the planning, coordination, and execution of class sessions and cocurricular engagement activities for students and alumni. This includes faculty support; endtoend management of classroom and event logistics; faculty travel and lodging coordination; preparation of preprogram materials; and collaboration with IT, catering, and facilities teams.
