RESPONSIBILITIES -Fostering and modeling principles that underlie the model: recovery, shared decision making, person centered, cultural humility -Overseeing program functioning: facilitating team meetings, ensuring collaboration and communication among staff, supervising the supported education and employment specialist and peer specialist, and being responsible for allocation of staff time -Monitoring care load size, coordinating referrals from OTNY to the Step-Up Program and coordinating transitions from Step Up
QUALIFICATIONS -Licensed Masters or Ph.D. in an appropriate field (social work, psychology, mental health counseling or similar) -At least (1) year of supervisory experience in a mental health setting. -At least (1) year of experience working in a specialized early psychosis program may substitute for supervisory experience.
SALARY $46,948-$56,669 Yearly
