Relevant Work Experience
Demonstrated experience working with both internal and external customers to resolve problems and create a positive customer experience, required.
Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), required.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple assignments, required.
Experience in utilizing spreadsheets and databases to track and monitor work queues, required.
Experience interfacing with customers and/or contractors, required.
Experience with Oracle EBS, required.
Experience working with Work Management Software Applications, preferred.
Experience with accounts receivable and invoicing contractors, preferred.
Experience with Data Analytics tool such as Tableau and/or PowerBI, preferred.
Experience working with EOP and Engineering specifications Distribution Engineering, preferred.
Experience with project/program oversight & administration, preferred.
Experience in interpreting contract pay items and standard terms and conditions of construction contracts is preferred.

Additional Physical Demands
The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be willing and able to wear PPE as required.
Must be willing and able to work and stand for extensive periods of time.
Must be willing and able to travel within the Company service territories, as necessary.
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
Must be willing and able to work in hot or cold climates during emergencies i.e. Storm Duty.
Must be able to read small print and symbols.
Must be able to stoop, bend, reach and kneel throughout the workday.
Must have excellent manual dexterity and be able to use hands for entire shift.
Must be willing and able to sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for entire shift.
Must be willing and able to push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds.
