Required Education/Experience
Master's Degree In a related field, such as Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc and 3+ years of work
experience. or

Relevant Work Experience
Advanced; contract creation, contract management, end-to-end value chain cost, required.
Analysis, negotiation, sourcing strategy, issue management, risk management, communication skills, motivating and developing others, required.
Effectively interact with various levels of management, union personnel, internal and external customers and vendors, as well as outside agencies, required.
Demonstrates ability to accept challenges and use creative thinking to analyze data and recommend solutions, required.
Understanding of Contract / Procurement Law, required.
Understanding of Supplier Analysis, Screening, and Selection, required.
Understanding Contract Administration, required,
Business Partner Relationship Management, required.
Advanced focus in customer service, required.
RFQ execution experience, required.
Spend analytics experience, required.
Market intelligence expereince, required.
Oracle knowledge, required.
5-7 years 5+ years of experience in direct or indirect Procurement work, Category Management, Con Edison Operations, or Finance, preferred.
Con Edison Operational Knowledge, preferred.
Understanding of Oracle EBS, preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Driver's License Required

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
