To learn more: . DEPARTMENT Sony Global Information Systems and Communications (GISC) is Sony's global shared services IT organization, enabling technology at scale across Sony businesses worldwide. Within GISC, the End User Support & Productivity (EUSP) team delivers core platforms including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Identity, modern endpoint management, and end user services. The serves as the Americas regional lead for Microsoft identity services, with shared global accountability for service delivery, security, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on operational excellence, modernization delivery, and technical leadership, ensuring identity solutions are designed and operated in alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and business needs. The Senior Manager is responsible for the regional identity service experience, works closely with global engineering and security partners, and helps execute global roadmaps by delivering reliable, secure, and scalable identity services that support Sony's workforce. RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as a senior member of the global Microsoft Identity Squad, providing handson technical and operational leadership across identity platforms including Active Directory (multiforest), AD FS, AD CS/PKI, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure MFA, MTO/B2B, and cloudbased directory services. * Act as the Americas regional service owner for Microsoft Identity Platforms, accountable for service health, availability, performance, and continuous improvement. * Manage regional incidents, escalations, and problem resolution, coordinating crossfunctional teams and vendors to restore service, reduce risk, and prevent repeat issues. Modernization & Delivery: * Lead and contribute to identity modernization initiatives, supporting the transition from legacy and onpremises solutions to cloudfirst and hybrid models (e.g., modern authentication, automated provisioning, tenant governance, Microsoft 365 integration, hybrid join). * Monitor Microsoft roadmap updates and emerging identity technologies, applying relevant enhancements to improve security, reliability, and operational efficiency. Vendor & Service Collaboration: * Collaborate closely with outsourced partners and strategic vendors,providingtechnical guidance and acting as an escalation point for complex or recurring issues. * Ensure identity services are delivered in alignment with GISC service management practices, including incident, problem, and change management processes. Security and Cross-functional Partnership: * Work closely with security, risk, and compliance teams to implement andmaintainidentity controls that reduce risk and ensure platforms are secure by design and compliance. * Participate in regional and global working groups, forums, and task forces to share best practices,align onstandards, and support coordinated delivery across EUSP.
