Position Summary
This is a hybrid position requiring working 2-3 days per week from the office. Candidates must reside within driving distance of the Wellsely, MA, NYC or Hartford locations.
The Senior Analyst, Email Marketing Operations plays a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of Medicare email marketing programs. This position is responsible for the hands-on setup, deployment, monitoring, and reporting of email campaigns across internal and external platforms, including Adobe Campaign.
This role partners closely with the Email Marketing Manager/Director, Initiative Owners, agencies, and platform teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Analyst contributes insights and recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and engagement across acquisition and retention programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the execution of email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment and post-campaign reporting.
Perform hands-on campaign setup and deployment in Adobe Campaign, including HTML uploads, QA, testing, and scheduling.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and approvals.
Monitor scheduled campaigns to identify issues that may disrupt deployment and proactively escalate risks.
Review copy decks and final HTML files, providing feedback to ensure alignment with best practices and campaign requirements.
Apply working knowledge of HTML to make minor updates or corrections (e.g., tracking codes, URLs, TFNs); collaborate with agencies on more complex fixes.
Support highly dynamic retention campaigns by partnering with Initiative Owners and SFMC/platform teams to proof emails.
Assist in analyzing campaign performance, including deployment metrics and tracking reports, and surface optimization opportunities.
Support segmentation and suppression logic by understanding audience overlap, data sources, and product-specific rules.
Conduct quality assurance using established checklists and processes to ensure error-free launches.
Contribute to the documentation, maintenance, and enhancement of email processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on email campaign execution, project management, and operations.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting and minor updates.
Detail-oriented, process-driven self-starter with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
Familiarity with campaign and project management tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
Ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders and adjust execution as needed.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while appropriately escalating risks and issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience deploying email campaigns in an ESP; Adobe Campaign experience preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
