Adobe Inc. Software Development Engineer (multiple openings) in NEW YORK, New York
Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools. Duties include: Deliver high quality, robust product features. Be a critical member of an Agile development environment on one of the Lightrooms feature teams, contributing to something greater than yourself. Work closely with Quality Engineers, Product Management, User Experience Designers to deliver "Adobe magic", applying empathy and emotional intelligence to let the team excel. Write automation tests to fully test your code. Code review your peers work in a thoughtful constructive manner.Position requires 10% domestic and international travel. May allow for partial telecommuting. Requirements: Must have a Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Development Engineer-related occupation. Position requires 12 months of experience in the following: Mobile App Development: Swift, Objective-c, Objective-C++, C++, and App Lifecycle Management; iOS Mobile Frameworks: UIKit, AutoLayout, RESTful interaction with backend services, Web API debugging, JSON/Codable, and Combine/Reactive Programming; Xcode & related Tooling: Xcode IDE, Git Version control, UI Testing (XCUITest), and Mobile Debugging; Agile software development: Code readability & Maintenance, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Code reviews & collaboration; and, Adobe Camera Raw, Video Foundation, Wichita Foundation, Thio,Adobe specific Analytics and A/B Testing (Target), Spectrum, Shuriken, CSDK, and Oz & Oz Spider.
