Overview Slalom is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support M&A integration and separation efforts, with a strong focus on HR workstreams. This role will partner closely with Slalom's overall M&A Program Manager and client workstream leads to drive coordinated execution across complex initiatives. The engagement is ongoing, and this individual will work alongside an established team to help further develop and support the account. What You'll Do Drive integration and separation planning, execution, and reporting across acquisitions and divestments Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clear milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution Manage Transition Services Agreements (TSAs), including setup, delivery oversight, and exit planning Maintain governance tools, dashboards, and documentation to support transparency and performance tracking Partner with internal and client stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery What You Bring 5-10 years of experience in M&A integration, program/project management, or PMO support Strong background managing HR-focused workstreams within large, complex initiatives Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders Experience with organizational change, M&A, or divestitures is a plus Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills Work Environment Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite per week in New York City Collaborative engagement working alongside an existing Slalom and client delivery team Compensation and Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. For this position, the base salary pay range is $90/hr to $110/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
