We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.#### Skills & Competencies * 10+ years' experience in a sales role within a research/data/software/services organization with a successful track record in sales, preferably selling solutions to the global marketplace * Experience with proprietary data, advanced analytics and research use cases in the Asset Management industry, including Private Credit and AIenabled client use cases * Ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance decisionmaking, streamline processes, and drive innovation within the role and across Moody's * Experience managing multiple sales professionals preferred * Understanding of functions including risk, finance, and investment operations within Asset Management * Ability to provide guidelines to the sales team on contracting and legal discussions * Ability to sell using a needs/solutionsbased approach * Ability to influence key decision makers * Strong presentation and negotiation skills with outstanding client relationship management experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Creative problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions * Ability to multitask and meet short deadlines * Ability to work independently and within a team environment#### Education * Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related area required * Graduate/secondlevel degree (e.g., Master's/MBA) preferred#### ResponsibilitiesThis role provides leadership and direction to the Asset Management Sales Team across North America, contributing to both global and regional business objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team of Sales Representatives, own sales targets across the territory, foster a culture of sales excellence, and develop sales talent. They will also be responsible for setting direction and policies for sales activities, identifying business opportunities, assisting in developing strategic corporate plans, and driving continuous service improvement. * Own the sales target across the territory, including business planning, resource deployment, goalsetting, forecasting, and quarterly reviews * Foster a culture of sales excellence and longterm client partnership * Develop sales talent through coaching, with emphasis on account planning, pipeline funnel management, and new client acquisition strategies * Set direction and policies for sales activities and execute the sales plan * Identify business opportunities for new product development in partnership with senior sales leaders through market and client exposure * Drive continuous service improvement with the goal of revenue production and retention#### About the TeamWe strive to be a worldclass sales organization with our customers' needs at the center of everything we do.
