Uber Senior Product Operations Manager, Uber Courier in New York, New York
About the Role
The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we build the right products to move our business forward globally. Product Operations partners closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to surface insights, prioritize opportunities, test solutions, and drive successful product launches and iterations at scale.
What the Candidate Will Do:
Strategy
Surface, synthesize, and advocate for key business and operational insights to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions
Advise product teams on global feasibility, scalability, and operational readiness throughout the product lifecycle
Lead and influence a community of senior, cross-functional stakeholders to drive meaningful and measurable business impact
Collaboration
Align cross-functional partners on shared objectives, priorities, and success metrics for the product
Partner closely with Legal, Tax, Policy, Support, and other functions to ensure products are launch-ready and aligned with business goals
Maintain clear, proactive, and consistent communication with stakeholders across the organization
Operations
Define and evolve operating structures, workflows, and processes to support product strategy as an individual contributor on a high-impact Product Operations team
Own end-to-end product testing, launch, and rollout plans, and project-manage execution across regions
Define and track core business and operational metrics, and actively manage product performance post-launch
Identify key issues, risks, and regional impacts following launch, and partner with teams to drive resolution and iteration
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to use AI to optimize workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical background with hands-on SQL proficiency
Proven cross-functional collaboration and project management experience
Demonstrated ability to use data to inform strategy and support critical decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on global products or in an international, cross-regional environment
Strong strategic orientation, with the ability to align and mobilize partners across functions
Ability to foster collaboration, drive alignment, and facilitate effective teamwork
Quantitative or advanced analytical experience is a plus
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
