Description
Develop and recommend Marketing Objectives and Strategies in line with Brand Objectives to help achieve sales targets.
Develop the Brand's Promotional Program in accordance with Brand Strategy. Ensure a Marketing/Promotional Program that is tailored⁃made for each individual store/store group.
Guide and supervise the team to ensure efficient implementation of Marketing Programs on new products, re⁃promotes and key door focus with targets achieved.
Provide input on market development, distribution and volume forecast.
Monitor sales trends, conduct share analysis and product mix reviews. Control inventory through accurate and responsible forecasting of both new product lines, regular saleable product and non⁃saleable promotional items. Monitor results monthly and take corrective action as necessary to meet sales targets.
Develop and recommend Advertising Plan in line with Brand Objectives and Budgets. Monitor positioning, quality of reproduction and implementation.
Develop digital marketing strategies and monitor/evaluate the execution of online campaigns to support product launches and ecommerce sales target.
Develop and review CRM strategies with the team and partnered with EM&D with an aim to increase the brand's customer retention and drive more visits to counters.
Supervise the team on the development and execution of PR campaigns to generate maximum press coverage and high noise level for the brand.
Review press materials, presentation and all communication to ensure they are consistent in delivering the right brand image to the press.
Forecast, recommend pricing review sales/inventory for new products.
Assist in preparing for semi⁃annual Business Review Meetings with our trade partners.
Communicate Marketing Objectives for new products, re⁃promotes and programs clearly to the team and frontline.
Monitor and control expenditure on all pre⁃designated cost centre line.
Provide coaching to the marketing team to ensure members in respective roles all work together to achieve marketing goals.
Ensure all relevant support material and collaterals are timely executed and efficiently costed.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experiences.
Well⁃groomed, articulate, career⁃minded, with an eye for details and a passion for excellence.
Experience in handling customer relationship management programs preferably with internet marketing exposure.
Good business as well as numerical sense and result⁃oriented.
Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
