Berkeley College Senior Director Global Alliance in New York, New York
Senior Director, Global Alliance: Berkeley College 3 East 43rd Street, New York, NY 10017 1) Reporting to the VP of Global Alliance, responsible for the design, implementation, expansion, and management of strategic international recruitment/enrollment plans such as marketing and leading engagement activities with institutions in China. 2) Will establish and strengthen new and existing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders within the Global Education Collaborative with targeted Chinese higher education populations, including international faculty and student exchange. 3) Will oversee all Global Alliance staff and faculty development, including day-to-day management and operations of the Global Alliance partnerships with Chinese institutions. 4) Will spend approximately 75 percent of time working with Chinese speaking stakeholders such as students, administrators, and private and educational institutions, with travel to China for direct client and partner meetings.
Travel to China for recruitment and client meetings twice a year for one month duration at four partner institutions in the following provinces: Hainan, Guangxi, Beijing, Shandong. Master's degree in business administration or public relations, and 24 months experience in position offered or as a Higher Education Assistant Director or Associate Director for international recruitment or admission programs (including Global Alliance programs), and ability to speak, read, write in fluent Chinese language, and travel to China for recruitment and client meetings twice a year for one month duration at four partner institutions in the following provinces: Hainan, Guangxi, Beijing, Shandong.

Salary: $159,349/year to $180,000/year.
