Our client, a leader in retail development and construction, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Construction Project Management Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Construction Project Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Retail Development department supporting the successful execution of retail store builds, refurbishments, relocations, and temporary spaces. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, meticulous organization, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Plan, develop, and execute construction projects for retail stores, including new builds, refurbishments, relocations, and upgrades.
Manage all phases of construction, from design review to warranty management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.
Oversee preconstruction activities such as permits, utilities, procurement, and bid negotiations.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and legal documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Planning, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience managing luxury construction projects, preferably in retail store development.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
