Job DescriptionOur client, a non profit with a goal of advancing women in the workplace, is looking for a Senior Associate, Event Virtual Operations to join their team full time starting as soon as identified.In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to work onsite 2 days a week with Wednesdays being the mandatory day, and choosing between Tuesday or Thursday based on the week in their NYC office - this is non-negotiable.As the Senior Associate, Event Virtual Operations, you will be serving as the operational lead for the organization's event registration systems, attendee data, and virtual event execution. The Senior Associate, Event Virtual Operations will be managing the full lifecycle of registration setup, Cvent workflows, reporting, and the technical delivery of virtual and hybrid events. The Senior Associate, Event Virtual Operations will ensure that all data is accurate, operations run smoothly, and that attendees have a great experience throughout.The Senior Associate, Event Virtual Operations will be responsible for: - designing registration pathways, audience logic, discount code strategy, and functional requirements- validating Cvent builds, monitoring registration activity, and managing attendee troubleshooting and inbox support- ensuring accurate access rules for hybrid/virtual attendees- building and maintaining eventlevel and crossevent registration and attendance reports- performing data QA, reconciliation, and integrity checks- publishing reports and guiding users on insights- producing pacing, conversion, funnel, behavioral, and postevent KPI analytics for internal teams as needed- running dayof virtual logistics (Cvent/Zoom streaming, polls, Q&A, chat, troubleshooting)- conducting speaker/moderator tech checks and managing Attendee Hub features- overseeing postevent tasks including recordings, access links, and data capture- managing onsite checkin, badge printing logic, and OnArrival equipment setup/testing- training staff and volunteers on checkin systems and resolve onsite attendee issues- partnering with the Event Consultant Manager on timelines and virtual program needs- collaborating with th Director of InPerson Event Operations to ensure registration logic supports onsite flow and staffingREQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of experience in event operations, registration management, or virtual event delivery- strong Cvent experience (nonbuilder functions) and registration workflow design skills- proficiency with Zoom, Cvent Attendee Hub, and similar virtual event tools- advanced Excel and data/reporting skills with strong QA capabilities- experience handling attendee support and troubleshooting- excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills- thrives working in a fast paced environment - familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, or similar tools preferred- tech savvy and quick to learn new systemsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
