Overview
The Senior Analyst, Technology and Activation Group (TAAG) is responsible for working with internal account teams to implement digital media campaigns through effective trafficking of creative assets consistent with digital media plans. This role involves working with digital media ad serving technologies daily.
Responsibilities
Works with investment teams and creative teams to implement digital media campaigns
Manages campaign traffic sheets
Responsible for trafficking ad serving platforms and implementing appropriate additional
pixels
Responsible for setting up campaign configurations in ad server consistent with campaign strategy and objectives
Primary point of contact with 3rd party trafficking teams and internal/external teams for digital campaign activation
Ensures flawless execution of digital media campaigns
Responsible for implementing effective organizational process around digital media campaign delivery
Develops proficiency on overall processes, procedures, and media systems relative to assigned clients and/or areas of expertise; seeks opportunities to improve continuously improve efficiency of processes.
Manages all information issues and inquiries between and amongst key internal (functional and cross-functional contacts) and external clients (creative agencies, vendors, publishers) with highest degree of professionalism, urgency, and client service orientation.
Further seeks to understand digital marketing technology landscape and how all may play a role in client business objectives.
Responsible for doing frequent audits to ensure correct execution
Responsible for QAing all work from the Associate
Aspires to learn more complex and advanced digital media technology topics

Qualifications
1-2 years of previous Ad Ops experience required
BA/BS preferred or commensurate work experience
High detail and coordination skills required; able to accurately handle high volumes of data and manage timely status updates with multiple internal and external collaborators.
Strong client service orientation and relationship building skills
Ability to navigate technology platforms in digital media
Ability to navigate complex technical problems related to advertising technologies
Experience trafficking digital media campaigns in display, video, social or mobile ad technology platforms
Understanding organizational process related to digital media campaign execution
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to advertising technologies
Results oriented with strong independent and campaign management and time management skills
Solid written and verbal communication skill with ability to communicate/translate sophisticated concepts to non-technical audience
Experience in various marketing technology solutions, including ad servers, rich media providers, tag management solutions, data management platforms, ad verification, etc.
Experience proficiency with Microsoft office suite; especially Excel

Compensation Range: $72,390- $109,480 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
