Overview

The Data & Analysis team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients. We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.

To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding Senior Analyst – someone who can analyze massive data sets, make insightful cross-channel recommendations, and communicate strategic ideas to clients. Sound like you? Read on.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts. You’ll work to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Efficiently aggregate and analyze data from various media and commerce platforms (Amazon is preferred)

  • Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations to clients

  • Connecting the dots across channels through data including Commerce media (Amazon preferred), display media, search, social, and site to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts

  • Communicating with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive success for client’s business goals

  • Work proficiently in Excel, demonstrating comfort with functions such as pivot tables, text to columns, and v-lookups.

  • Extracting data via DOMO, or Looker (Though not mandatory, prior experience in these areas is preferred).

  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics or strategy

  • A four-year college degree

  • Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape

  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels

  • Fluency with Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

  • Familiarity with the Amazon commerce ecosystem (e.g., AMC, Amazon Ads) and experience navigating platform data and reporting is a plus

Compensation Range: $73,150 - $112,554 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
