As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming first point of contact at a professional location, helping manage access control and/or badging, greeting visitors, and coordinating check-ins with building teams. You will monitor the lobby area, respond to requests, and document security-related activity with clear communication. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities.
Operate the front desk post by greeting and directing visitors, managing access control processes, monitoring alarm and/or camera systems as assigned, and maintaining visitor logs and badges in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events, communicating with site contacts, and notifying Allied Universal supervision and/or emergency services when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or security-related license is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
